Dr. Dalton knows eyes in ways that other optometrists could only dream of. The office staff is courteous and efficient and my appointments prompt. If you can’t clearly see that this is the place for your eye needs, you probably need an appointment with Dr. Dalton to get your eyes checked!
Entire experience was great, from scheduling appointment, to office visit, eye exam and explanation of care and needs. Great help in ordering the right product and fit. Yes I would hire the support staff as customer service representatives. My wife and I both go there now.
Even though I had to wait a little longer to see the Dr.,when I did see her it was an absolut delightfull experience. She was funny,put me at ease with some issues,listened to my questions and made me feel like a valued customer. I really enjoyed her and the visit.
It's always a pleasure to go to my yearly visit to Clarkson Eyecare. From the receptionist to the person that does the eye exams is great. Doctor Dalton is very encouraging in explaining to me my eye health. Thank you so much, plus this location is near my home.
Open at 8. Got there at 8.40 no one there the door was locked. Can’t pick up my glasses. It is inconvenient. I have no idea how to get my glasses.
