This was my second year coming to this location and Dr. Dalton is such a gem. I could have stayed and talked to her all day! She’s very personable and is not an “in and out” type of doctor. The front office ladies were also very nice and helped me find a great pair of frames. They went over my insurance and what was covered and it was all explained very well. Great job!
I thought that the doctor was great, however I did not appreciate the salesperson, she didn't explain anything to me really until I started asking questions what is this what it that, she was very what I would call snobbish. She wouldn't show me where the glasses were that were 100 and below until I said something about it, she just sat in her chair. I guess I just didn't really appreciate her demeanor and I felt like she was trying to force things on to me ,another words she was adding stuff in without even talking to me about it. And after all was said and done, in addition to what my insurance was going to cover she wanted to charge me another $500 for two pairs of glasses. I'm sorry but I'm just not going to go there. So I walked out with my daughter. I also want to say that I think one of the best things that they could do is with the glasses that are $100 and under get more appealing glasses because in all honesty black frames square black frames or cat eye frames that are black do not appeal ,they didn't have anything else to offer in there, plus they mix the guys glasses with the women's glasses and why in the world would you want to do something like that? They need to change their display and they need to get something more appealing. The glasses they had would have appealed to a guy but not to a woman. So we were done. I think we will be heading to America's Best or some other eyeglass company that actually does have more appealing glasses for women.
Think this site needs a refresher class on custom yet service and insurance. Horrible on both acciunta
The office staff at the Salt Lick location graciously accommodated my early Saturday morning request to get in to see a physician due to an eye emergency. Dr. Wachter told me several years ago to always call the office and make an appointment with an eye physician for any medical eye issues rather than going to see my general practitioner or visiting an urgent care. My issue was taken care of, and after a week of previous discomfort, my eyes feel great again. Thank you for accurately diagnosing my issue and quickly taking care of me.
Very pleasant experience!! Very friendly receptionists and doctors. Very professional!!
