Dr Berg is awesome. He explains everything well and takes his time. I appreciate him very much. I am giving a 4 star bc I did have an issue with a front desk person that I am hopeful did not mean to come across as she did. (Giving the benefit of the doubt) Overall, the office is efficient and wait time was very minimal.

Unfortunately this office has a problem loosing appointments. I had a followup appointment made while I was standing there and it wasn't on the books when I came back a few days later. While I was there, two different times, a similar issue happened. That makes it seem like an ongoing issue. When I made the appointment I repeated the time and date while I entered it on my calendar. I had no followup appointments there at all when I came back at that time. Doctor was good, but not if you can't get in to see them. Make sure you get a appointment card or a text confirming appointment.

I enjoy every visit I've had here so far. The Dr. is knowledgeable, helpful, sociable and patient. This time one of the ladies took the time to help me pick out glasses and asked questions to see if she could help me find what I was looking for (which I really wasnt sure of). I've tried many different eye doctors and this is by far my favorite. Can't wait to get my new cute glasses!

I’ve seen numerous eye doctors since I was a kid and not one compares to Dr. Berg. His ability to both ease anxiety about the visit and keep the mood upbeat and entertaining is second to none. And the kids love him even though his jokes are super cornea. We hEYEly recommend!

The staff was ok. Could have been friendlier. The Doctor was outstanding! So friendly and very knowledgeable. He made me feel very comfortable with the whole appointment.
