Appointment time was 10:10, I arrived at 9:55 as requested. Got into patient room finally at 10:45 so very poor scheduling. On the plus side, dr. Schwab was excellent! Very efficient, professional, and explained my eye health clearly. I would have given 5 stars had it not been the long wait.

I have been using the Bogey Hills office and Dr Schwab for years. Between Matt and the office staff I have always been well served. Michael was the staff member who took care of me last. He even fixed my current pair of glass frames. Great job to all!!

They were very informative about what they were doing and explained everything as they did them. They were patient and courteous and I didn't feel like I was being rushed out.

Dr. Schwann (spelling?) was terrific. He knew exactly what he was doing and was very professional. He fitted me with a great pair of contacts. I'd go back to him for sure!

The entire staff is very welcoming, helpful and friendly and Dr. Scwamb is wonderful but I have to say Alicia outshines everyone and I don’t think she even realizes it! She breaks down every cost and process and is wonderful with making sure you understand what you need to and answering questions you didn’t even know you needed to ask. I am new to glasses and contacts and she was great at helping me learn how to put them in.
