Staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. They were prompt and no waiting. Soon as my eye exam was complete, someone was ready to help me pick my glasses. Also found the best way to take advantage of promotions along with my insurance.

My problem has been with Clarkson Eyecare Wentzville and Lake St. Louis. I gotmy eyes examined early September. Ordered glasses same day. Two weeks later they called .e and told me they came in damage they had to reorder. First part of November I still hadn't heard from them so I called to check on my glasses. The girl told me they forgot to reorder them. They refunded my money. So I went to the Lake St. Louis store. I ordered glasses and two weeks latter I called she's said they were in. That was last Monday. I'm not happy. The bifocal for reading is about one eight of an inch upfront the bottom. You have to raise your head up and look straight down to try to read. Over $400.00 and alost four months and I still don't have a usable pair of glasses. Very disappointed... Jim Samson
It was super easy to book an appt online. Once I got in, everyone was personable and engaging. It felt like it was family and not a business. They priced out glasses via insurance and their own discounts to give me the best option and everyone was very conversational.
We've been under the care of Dr. Wilkins for several years now. The clinic maintains a clean and organized office, and the entire staff is consistently friendly. Scheduling appointments is a breeze, and they're quick to respond to any inquiries even outside of our scheduled visits. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, but they do have dedicated spaces reserved for patients, so be sure to allocate some extra time for arrival. Dr. Wilkins himself is an exceptional doctor and is just as warm and approachable as his staff.
