Sarah at the front was very welcoming and helped me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. She told me the background of the company as well as her own background. From there, the massage with Stacy went perfectly. She focused on the areas where I was having pain and I left feeling incredibly relaxed. I will absolutely be back.

Great massage with Amber today! She gives a wonderful relaxing massage. This was my first experience at Cloud Nine and was greeted warmly by the manager and felt instantly welcome and comfortable in the beautiful, airy space they have created here. ❤️

First time appointment with Alexa. She concentrated on a shoulder issue I have and the relief has been amazing. The whole massage was so so relaxing and just the medicine I needed. Would highly recommend. Thank you Alexa. See ya next month. 😊

I went to this location for the first time today. Shey was my massage therapist and WOW. That was the best massage I have ever had. Her techniques were one of a kind. I feel so much better after being seen. I will definitely be back again. Thank you Shey for taking such great care of me.

I just got home from the most awesome Swedish/deep tissue massage I have had in over 20+ years!! I had Alexa who is a beautiful soul inside and out!! Alexa is a lot stronger than she looks and she really got into the deep tissue areas better than any male therapist I’ve ever had!!! She was sweet, polite, excellent customer relations, the works. The sweet young lady at reception desk was awesome also. She told me her name but having a senior moment and cant remember. She knows who she is and thank you for the welcome and everything. Seriously I would recommend Cloud 9 in OFallon any day and definitely Alexa. She is now my massage therapist!!!
