Absolutely the worst experience at the O’Fallon location. What a waste of money. From the welcome reception being told I was early, 20 minutes whenever I was asked to come in 15 minutes early for paperwork, I felt very unwelcome and apologized asked if I should leave and come back in 5 minutes. I should have just left and only been charged half the amount because out of 90 minutes I am not sure what the therapist was doing, but it was not a massage. The hot stones laying on back for the limited time was the only enjoyment. I asked her to focus on back, however she had me turn over on my back, I did as asked to try and not be complicated as I had obviously ruined her day already. After being on my back, no pillows adjusted, I could barely walk and hurt for 3 days until I had a chance to get a true massage. I kept the wrong card or I would post her name as well. This being said my husband received a wonderful 90 minute massage with a pleasant, friendly therapist; however not worth the $400 spent for the visit. GO TO MAPLEWOOD LOCATION the experience there was absolutely amazing.

I went and had the signature Massage with Trish and an add on of cupping. It was amazing she was so kind and shared stretching techniques with me. I felt amazing the next day. I hold tension in my neck and shoulders and she did so good working through that area! Already booked my next one with her!

I am not new to massage and after Covid I was left without a massage therapist and a place to go. I have just recently started going to Cloud 9 and it’s wonderful! Stephanie has been a terrific massage therapist and has really helped me with a back problem I was having. Cloud 9 is clean and professional and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a massage therapist!

Revision 10/13/24 After my last visit and review, the owner reached out to me, she was very apologetic about my experience. She immediately offered to give me a full refund or another massage from another therapist. The owner honestly wanted me to not feel as if I wasted my time and money. I elected to take her up on her offer for another massage and give Cloud Nine another shot. I am honestly glad I did. My experience this morning was 180 degrees from my first visit and I will 100% be visiting Cloud Nine again. Regardless of my first experience. Cloud Nine, is a nice facility, clean, organized, and welcoming. Thank you Stephanie! 10/5/24 Very disappointed in my visit. I purchased their Signature Massage which includes one deep tissue isolated area. During my “make an appointment” online. I specified this area. When I arrived to my appointment. I was asked if there were any specific areas to work on. I again specified the one spot to focus on. I was told “there should be enough time in 90min to hit that spot. During the actual massage. We she finally got around to this area. She spent less than two minutes there. Literally moved her hand two times over the muscle and one time on the opposite side. She confirmed, yes that is tight. She then moved on to finish out the rest of my body. Me, thinking she would come back to it and never did. The purpose of my visit was to loosen the one area. Very disappointing and will not be returning.

Great massage with Amber today! She gives a wonderful relaxing massage. This was my first experience at Cloud Nine and was greeted warmly by the manager and felt instantly welcome and comfortable in the beautiful, airy space they have created here. ❤️
