First time going to Cloud 9, and I had a 60 minute massage with Katie, who I chose because of positive reviews. I will add another positive review for her: Katie is a fantastic massage therapist! She took the time to listen to me and understand exactly what I wanted to focus on in the massage. She made sure I was very comfortable on the table, adjusting pillows, etc. until everything felt right for me. The room atmosphere was very soothing and relaxing, and that combined with the excellent massage at just the right pressure made me super relaxed, which is exactly what I needed. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Overall it was a great experience, and I highly recommend Cloud 9 and Katie!

I just got home from the most awesome Swedish/deep tissue massage I have had in over 20+ years!! I had Alexa who is a beautiful soul inside and out!! Alexa is a lot stronger than she looks and she really got into the deep tissue areas better than any male therapist I’ve ever had!!! She was sweet, polite, excellent customer relations, the works. The sweet young lady at reception desk was awesome also. She told me her name but having a senior moment and cant remember. She knows who she is and thank you for the welcome and everything. Seriously I would recommend Cloud 9 in OFallon any day and definitely Alexa. She is now my massage therapist!!!

What a wonderful first impression! They made us feel special as soon as we walked in. My adult daughter and I both had appointments for the signature 60 minute massage this past Sunday. My massage therapist was Sarah R, and she was excellent. She made sure to focus on a few "problem areas" we had discussed beforehand. I felt completely comfortable and relaxed the entire time. We live 30 minutes away in St Louis Co, but it is so worth it! We will both be back soon!

I have been going to Cloud 9 for years off an on. Their prices are reasonable, it is always clean, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is calm. Amber does an incredible job with deep tissue massage. She is able to get out all of my knots and I leave feeling so relaxed. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of a massage!

BEST MASSAGE EXPERIENCE! Alexa made me feel completely comfortable. Even the room ambience was wonderful! Pressure and technique were excellent. I felt pampered. Highly recommend!
