Very dishonest/ do not care car wash. I have been member from long and never had issues. Last month they damaged my car and they did not honor the claim. There should be a justification on claim denial but no response from management. Save your car and do not recommend this car wash.

I have been a member since your company came into the St Louis market. Have used multiple locations and have been very pleased.
Bryan Road location....wow. Horrible experience. I felt like I was a huge inconvenience to the girl working the booth. There were no towels on the cart. Then I basically had to beg for towels and was told there was a 2 towel limit! I own a full-size SUV. You are NOT able to properly dry a vehicle of this size with 2 towels. Then I had to yet again ask for a clean towel to clean the glass with windex. No one with a brain cleans their windows with a dirt towel that you just used to dry your car. Happy customer as a whole, but get it together, Bryan Road.

Edit 4/24 thanks for canceling my membership and giving me no notice! I would have stayed a customer if you would just have replied to my emails.
Edit to respond to review: Communication is how you could improve. I still have not had any emails returned after a week!
I really enjoyed this car wash until I went by three times to see cones - NO SIGNS that they have closed and moved down the street. NO communication to their customers whatsoever that they have move via email or text alert. I was told there were plenty of signs at the wash explaining the closure. There is not. Still waiting on respond from March 31 for them to cancel. I can't do in the app because it shows I have no account. Car washes are a dime a dozen these days, get it together!

If I could give zero stars I would. Literally, children work as the staff and management here. Children who appear to lack any semblance of training in the areas of customer service and problem solving.
I paid $20 for a carwash that only washed 2/3rds of my car and also did not shine my tires as the package advertised. My mirrors were left dirty as well as the entire rear of my car. I was in a rush, so I noticed the dirty rearview mirror and side mirrors upon driving off. I immediately turned around and asked for a rewash since the entire rear of my car had not been cleaned at all, likely due to the close proximity of the others cars that were behind or a faulty carwash system.
While expressing the issue, I was immediately cut off mid conversation and met with defensiveness from a staff member. This staff member completely lacked listening skills and empathy for customers, so I requested to speak to a manager. The manager was the same young girl who I paid to enter less than ten minutes prior. She explained that although I just came through the car wash and my car was not completely cleaned, she could not grant me a rewash nor a refund. She also seemed uneducated in proper customer service and decision making. Point being, if a customer pays for a service and does not receive the service in full than a refund or rewash should be granted. Otherwise, the business is UNDERDELIVERING and STEALING from customers. I WILL NEVER PATRON THIS BUSINESS EVER AGAIN.

Much like the other car washes. Up until the bathroom was needed. As a paying customer the restroom should have been available. Instead I got a condescending remarks from a rather smart mouthed individual. Then back talk as I’m waking away. There’s the Q Trip.
