-Bathrooms are disgusting. They smell constantly like they’re never cleaned. -Staff is always friendly. -Plenty of equipment to use. -Plates are never re-racked from other attendees. -Would give 2.5 stars out of 5 if I could. -Lockers always seem to be broken -Staff does a good job of keeping workout and equipment areas clean. -Showers in men’s changing room are an absolute nightmare. Incredibly gross.

For the love of God, don't get a membership here. I cancelled in October, I have been billed since. Go ANYWHERE else! The "trainers" are not trainers either LOL go to a real gym. Don't waste your money. They will keep taking it off your card.

I moved from St. Louis to Kansas City, came into the store to cancel my membership and was told I’m not allowed to cancel and get a refund. It would be great if someone from your corporate office can process this immediately.

Great gym for all, clean facilities, nice staff, However when you want to cancel your membership you have to give a 30 day notice prior to cancelling (meaning unless you are aware of this fine print, when you go to cancel your membership they will still deduct another months membership from your bank account the next time your due to pay) which is shady. I basically paid for month of membership after I'd already left the state. Hope this helps someone not get screwed out of $40 that went towards absolutely nothing.

Underhanded business practices. If you cancel a membership, make sure they cancel EVERYONE on the account. They will keep charging and make it as difficult as possible to talk to someone.
