the gym is great, with everything you need for every workout. staff is nice and very positive towards everyone. I have one complaint I recently moved and my community has a gym that works for me better. written in fine print if you cancel your account you will be forced to pay for 3 months of your subscription. I personally find this unfair and unreasonable. the monthly fee was reasonable however the hidden fee's are clearly irrational.
I haven't been a member here for a bit. I live in the area and just got a new job in the area, so It'd be nice to have a gym 2 minutes from my house. Then I read the recent reviews and remember why I wasn't a fan of this location and would have to drive to a better location anyhow.
This is truly the worst gym to get a membership with. They never let you cancel! They say they need 30 days and then they run your card again. Its incredibly sketchy. Ive been trying to cancel since June and they just charged me again. Dont get a membership here!!!
I went to this location which isn't my normal location for the first time yesterday and after waiting 10 minutes for somebody to come to the front desk to scan my barcode to tan, he finally came and told me I was good in room 6.. so I laid in the bed and got soaked in SOMEBODY ELSES SWEAT. I had no choice but to put my clothes back on with somebody else's sweat on me as they don't even offer towels there. I walked back up to the front desk and he goes "oh sorry about that" and just put me in a different room.. I've never been so disgusted in my life.
Inquiry: Group X Studio Open Time. Hello, I went to your location today (Sunday, 6/23) around 6 pm and found that the group exercise studio was locked. I asked the staff member whether it was locked and the staff member confirmed. He added that other locations (e.g., St. Charles)'s group exercise studio would be locked now. Then I went to the St. Charles location and found that the group exercise studio was still open. My question is, when is St. Peter location's grop exercise studio open and closed. If you have a different policy regarding the open/close time than the other locations', can you plese share it?
