Absolutely Amazing! I just had my first workout with Phil, and it was fantastic! From the moment I walked in, he made me feel comfortable and excited about getting started. The session was challenging but completely manageable, thanks to his personalized approach and constant encouragement. Phil's energy is infectious, and he really knows how to push you just the right amount while making sure you're doing everything safely and correctly. I already feel motivated and can’t wait to keep training with him. Highly recommend Phil if you’re looking for a trainer who knows how to make a great first impression!

Everytime I call no one answers the phone. Why is there a phone number listed? I would just drive up there but I'm homeless with no car. And my life has been destroyed by spiritual/timeline warfare since 10/04/2024. So I would appreciate a gym membership. Either answer the phone or don't have one.

I joined Club Fitness on February 13, 2024, and attended regularly until I needed to cancel my membership on July 16, 2024, after losing my job. I canceled using the kiosk but never received any confirmation email. Since there were no staff available to assist, I assumed the cancellation went through.
However, I recently discovered that I was still being charged monthly from July to October, even though I haven't stepped foot in the gym since July. Club Fitness tracks check-ins, so they should be able to see that I haven’t accessed the facility. It’s incredibly frustrating to be charged for months due to a failure in their system.

I strongly advise anyone considering this gym to be extremely cautious. While the facilities are decent, the real problem lies in their financial practices, which I can only describe as predatory.

Hey, my name is Joseph Stevenson. I joined this gym because I was in the area for my job; then I had to up and leave. First, I came in to cancel my subscription and it never happen. All this happen in February of 2024. Then I drove 2 hours to explain to everyone I'm getting charged and I don't live here. That was the second time overall. Now it’s June and I'm still getting charged. The gym is horribly managed and I will be back down for you all to hear this. Also, they don't have no phone to contact anyone during an emergency. Take your money somewhere else, nicer gyms around. Thank me later! Horrible Service!
Over $100+ extra they are charging me! You don't treat someone like this!
