The staff completely ignore the drive through, there was one car at the window when I pulled up and a car pulled up behind me. They asked for a moment and I ended up waiting 35 minutes trapped between two cars. The car behind me finally backed up and left so I left as well, never speaking again with the staff. Went down the street to Andy's, with 4 cars in line I had my order taken immediately and received my ice cream within 5 minutes, plus its cheaper. Don't waste your time with Coldstone.

The establishments website shows open until 10 PM daily. We were there 9-22-24 at 7:45 PM waiting in line at the drive thru when a worker came out and told us the owner called and told him to shut the close the drive thru down.
How can one advertise they are open until 10PM and shut the customer down at 7;45PM? This is a huge issue in this day and age when customer service should be at its highest ever!!

Had to wait 50+ minutes in the drive-thru for my order when there were only two other cars that were in front of me. Staff didn’t apologize for the long wait once we got to the window, then I open up my bag and find the lid not even on my cup and ice cream spilling out.

Service is terrible, which is impressive cuz it's just an ice cream joint. It's super expensive, always a long wait, and it's not even that good. Go to Dairy Queen instead, you'll be happy you did.

We've had reasonable experiences in-store but good luck with delivery orders. It's a roll of the dice as to whether you'll get correctly-sized items, any bowls or cones you added on, or half of your order at all (most recent experience).
If you must order delivery from this place, skip the company site and order through Doordash directly. And hope for the best. Doordash can only request re-deliveries when they're a third-party delivery service for a restaurant. Since this store apparently has a phone that's never answered (Doordash customer rep and I both tried repeatedly, at an off-peak time of day), that's not going to happen. At least DD can issue a refund/credit when ordered through them.
