This location could improve cleanliness and customer service. The mixing stone was unclean, portions were smaller than ordered, and an employee was unhelpful.. could have done better. Better service and attentiveness would enhance the experience.

Got here at 935. They dont close till 10 but they had the drive thru closed so I went inside. The workers told me "they were closing...". Yea thats part of the reason I never go here .... not only is it expensive but they reject customers before they are even closed. At least Andy's frozen custard is still open because I would have had some sad kids at home tonight.

Its very worst experience here. I have been to many coldstone locations so far. This ColdStone is not at all clean. And stone is FILTHY. There’s Chinese/vietnamese girl who is very arrogant. Bad customer service. Didn't even ask for rewards. I will never comeback here again. We hesitate to ask for samples for that kind of attitude. Gave us small quantity than we ordered.Felt like staff behaviour was discriminatory.

I ordered a medium ice cream and they sent me a small ice cream container inside a medium container. This is disrespectful and a stealth.

The staff completely ignore the drive through, there was one car at the window when I pulled up and a car pulled up behind me. They asked for a moment and I ended up waiting 35 minutes trapped between two cars. The car behind me finally backed up and left so I left as well, never speaking again with the staff. Went down the street to Andy's, with 4 cars in line I had my order taken immediately and received my ice cream within 5 minutes, plus its cheaper. Don't waste your time with Coldstone.
