The staff completely ignore the drive through, there was one car at the window when I pulled up and a car pulled up behind me. They asked for a moment and I ended up waiting 35 minutes trapped between two cars. The car behind me finally backed up and left so I left as well, never speaking again with the staff. Went down the street to Andy's, with 4 cars in line I had my order taken immediately and received my ice cream within 5 minutes, plus its cheaper. Don't waste your time with Coldstone.

The establishments website shows open until 10 PM daily. We were there 9-22-24 at 7:45 PM waiting in line at the drive thru when a worker came out and told us the owner called and told him to shut the close the drive thru down. How can one advertise they are open until 10PM and shut the customer down at 7;45PM? This is a huge issue in this day and age when customer service should be at its highest ever!!

Extremely dissatisfied with our latest order. We always order an ice cream cake from here every year for my sons birthday. I bought the biggest one which serves 40 people. My husband gets a call two hours before we are supposed to pick up the cake and they let us know that they accidentally made the wrong size. They made a circle cake when we were supposed to get the rectangle. They told us they would give us an extra circle cake they had made already. My husband initially agreed to this until I saw the circle cake only serves 14. So we would only have 28 servings when we paid for 40. We didn't need the cake until the next day so we told them no on the extra cake, we want the rectangle one made. Anyways, my husband goes to pick up the cake and they gave us the smaller one they made also because it was personalized and they couldn't use it. I looked at the cake when he got home and the rectangle cake was not personalized at all! It was supposed to have a happy birthday message on it and it was just blank. This is the cake I paid $85 for WITH a tip and it wasn't even done right. Will not be ordering cakes here anymore.

Had to wait 50+ minutes in the drive-thru for my order when there were only two other cars that were in front of me. Staff didn’t apologize for the long wait once we got to the window, then I open up my bag and find the lid not even on my cup and ice cream spilling out.

Service is terrible, which is impressive cuz it's just an ice cream joint. It's super expensive, always a long wait, and it's not even that good. Go to Dairy Queen instead, you'll be happy you did.
