I had my RV for engine troubles (it died on the road!) and Complete Car and RV found the problem and had it fixed in two days! Our RV now runs smoother than it has in years. In addition we asked them to replace the awning and that job was top notch and we now enjoy an obviously upgraded awning. I confidently recommend this shop.

Our travel trailer axle broke in St. Charles, MO. It was towed to Complete. We found the Complete RV shop and lot to be clean, neat and secure. As we were traveling to Montana we had to leave the unit there. They repaired it and held it for our return trip. The staff was courteous and knew their business. Our thanks to them for working with us.
I hit a deer in my small ford focus hatchback and thought I had totaled the vehicle. Bob and his team performed a good fix for less than what was originally quoted and had me back on the road in three weeks. Most car places are backlogged and getting reliable labor is spotty at best, but Bobs Complete took care of me. The irony of taking a small vehicle to a RV Repair paid dividends, and I’ll be lucky if I’m in a bind to have them work on my vehicle again. Thank you Bob and Team. I appreciate you all.
Highly disappointed. Communication is more than lacking. My experience began when I dropped of the motor home and and filled out the service request. Apparently they forgot to have me sign an authorization to work on the RV. After a week they finally called me and said they had tried to call me earlier I the week. I have no phone record of this, it was completely untrue. I left the RV with them in the hopes that this was just a misunderstanding/white lie. I get it stuff happens. Then after months of having my motorhome, I had to call multiple times for updates on the status. Calls are not returned in a timely manner. As temperatures are dropping and the vehicle is not winterized, I left a message for a status update. Only then did I finally receive a call that it was complete and ready for pick it up. I arrived only to find multiple issues were not fixed. I was told I was called and informed that these repairs could not be completed, which was not true. The communication and timely service leave much to be desired. My guess is they accept more RV’s than they are able to accommodate. Now I’m off to find a company to repair all they haven’t completed when they said they could fix it.
