I had a problem with my computer where it appeared from a message I received that I had been hacked, so I shut down my computer immediately. I called Computer PRO Unltd. the next day and spoke to Josh. Josh is amazing! He was able to get remote access into my computer, identify the problem and fix it within a couple of minutes. Josh and Computer PRO Unltd. are the best!

I have used Computer Pro for a few years and they have always been responsive, helpful and timely with my concerns and any problems. Today I had one of the ransom requests to fix a shut down of my computer. I talked to Josh at Computer Pro who initiated a remote check of my computer and had it up and running very quickly. He fully explained how sites like the one that blocked my computer worked and explained what actions he took and why. I am really, really happy today with such quick and knowledgeable action on the part of Josh and Computer Pro.

He assisted me very promptly, solved my problem I was having with one of my programs. Checked out my computer and fixed what needed to be fixed. I'm very pleased with the company. I'll call them again if I have any issues. Thank you for your support!

They were very good at fixing my computer. Repaired same day online. I have used Computer pro several time and I will use them for all my needs. Great people to do business with.
