The woman at the front desk was so nice. But the MA was rude she needed to go back to school. It’s been more than a week since my employer sent me here and they still don’t have my results. I was given a vaccine that was not requested by my employer. And in regards to that vaccine I have a huge HOT knot where it was given. I have had to go see my own provider about the vaccine site. The woman who took my labs never verified my name, DOB, nor did she want to label my blood tubes while I was in the room. I say this is all bad for business. I have since told my employer to NEVER send me back here

I walked in for a DOT physical without an appointment, and from the moment I entered, Tati made me feel welcome. The entire staff at this location is amazing—very pleasant and friendly, which is something I don't often see. This will definitely be my new go-to place for future visits.

Wait time of 90 minutes + Nurse was kind and thoughtful, patient and friendly. Doctor seemed uninterested, asked the exact same questions the nurse had just asked and documented ..and bedside manner left something to be desired. Seemed dismissed of symptoms and I’m still sick 6 days later without any relief.

The front desk person was very nice, welcoming, fast and straight forward. The check in and providing data procedure through the phone is self-explanatory although I wish some data could be safed if you have been at Concentra before since it's always a lot to fill in there. All stuff have been really nice and professional in general.

Lab lost my sample twice. Was told the second time to come in to the clinic to get paperwork and then drive to a different clinic where I’d have to make an appointment or risk 1+ hour wait times. It took over a week and three blood draws to get a result. This made me unable to start my job on time. I understand the mishap once, mistakes happen, but for this to happen repeatedly wastes my time, money, and delays my employment an additional week. Now I have to drive to two separate locations, make an appointment for a different day (there were no spots available day of) or risk wasting 1+ hour waiting in a clinic. A complete waste of my time and delayed my income. Unacceptable.
