Worst store ever, my girlfriend went in for nail files and a powder for her nails and then was told they only sell to people with a cosmetology license which makes no sense and nowhere is it posted anywhere on there website nor store, if you don’t wanna spend too much money and have to deal with ignorant people I wouldn’t shop here

I needed to remove the blue from my hair and the ladies were all so helpful in giving me all my options. They helped me decide on a product I had actually never used before and it worked great! I used the urban shock color remover and I didn’t even need to put any other color on top to fix it, it took all the blue out and my hair feels happy and healthy!! Thanks again ladies:)

Lindsay was not helpful …I asked her for a razor for Eyebrows which they didn’t have. I asked her another question and she literally told me that they don’t pay her enough for customer service. She needs to be FIRED! As a business owner, I would not want her to represent my company.
