The day before mothers day, I popped in because this mom of 4 needed her roots done and I needed a few gifts for my own mom. I try asking the associate which color line I should use because I typically shop at state beauty supply..She says "im not a stylist" i think, then why do you work here if you have to be licensed to shop here?? I get to the check out, as she's checking out my items I run over to grab some hempz lotion for a gift. She rudly tells me," just so you know, we closed at 4 o'clock " I walk back to the register, she finished my transaction and I check the receipt, it said 4:01 pm. I ask, really? It's one minute past, I came in for a gift and you couldn't give me an extra minute to grab lotion? Her response was " ive been here since 8." Worst customer service. I just worked too, its mothers day, I wanted to color my hair. I told her. Then i was asked to leave. I'll never shop here again.
Every time we go in there they employees are very nice. They give us the correct information and they sell us good products. They know what they're talkin about and they always make me feel welcome and important. My money was well spent.
Great staff and their stock is good. I prefer Cosmo Prof to State and the staff here confirm that for me.
Love this store!!! I have many different suppliers to buy from, & a Cosmoprof store that is a little closer than this one but I will ALWAYS choose this store. The employees are friendly, kind, & always willing to help me in store or over the phone. Great customers service and kindness go a long way & this store definitely exceeds expectations-you guys ROCK!!!♥️
Cosmoprof Wentzville location is my go-to for all my business and personal beauty supply needs! The management and staff are professional, knowledgeable, welcoming, and friendly! The store is always clean, organized, and easy to navigate. It's refreshing to go into a store where the employees know your name and are familiar with the products you use, love, and purchase! They give you the scoop on new products, and sales on things they think you might like based on previous purchases! These ladies always deliver and I will continue to be a loyal customer with a staff like this!
