I have gone to several optometrist in the area and Dr. Smith is absolutely the best. He was very kind to my family and myself during our appointments. He took the time to explain each procedure and the health of our eyes. He gave us preventative tips to help us in the future. He was extremely personable and a pleasure to do business with. I recommend him to anyone looking for a new eye doctor or wishing to replace their current doctor.

I took my daughter here for her first contact lens appointment. Dr. Smith was by far the nicest optometrist I have ever used. He was so patient with my 12 year old. Took his time as if it was his own child, spoke very gently to her as he taught her how to insert and remove her contact lenses for the first time. I just love doing business with Good People, and Dr. Smith is definitely a good person and a great eye Dr. Our whole family will now start using Dr. Smith and I highly recommend you consider them for your next eye appointment too.

Knowing my optician was expensive for glasses, I checked out Costco and wished I did it years sooner. With insurance, I was able to get 2 prescription pairs for HALF the price of one pair at Clarkson. There was also more selection of frames for the shape I needed. Cristina was very helpful and awesome.

The optician was friendly and efficient. I purchased two pairs of glasses. One of them looked like the lense might pop out. They promptly ordered another frame and, once it came in, switched out the lenses and refitted to my head.. No charge! Great experience. Good people fitting glasses.

I purchased 2 pairs of glasses from Costco optical shop back in February but due to a major issue with my only eye I have sight in I lost most of my vision in April. I was sent to a surgeon and scheduled for surgery. Thankfully they were able to restore quite a bit of my vision but due to having to wait to get in to surgeon, surgery and 6 weeks post-op before I could get a new prescription for glasses it is now end of July. I called my insurance but they won’t cover glasses but once this year so I was going to have to pay out of pocket for new glasses after only using my others 2 months. However when I went to Costco to order new ones and they seen how much my prescription changed and found out I had to have surgery to correct my blindness that came on suddenly they said if I brought back in my glasses I bought in February they would put new prescription lenses in them for free. I did so today and there was no charge. What great customer service that I did not expect!!!!! Thank you Costco Optical.
