Came in off the Katy Trail wanting a pastry and some coffee. Ended up getting a pecan pastry and a Burundi honey processed coffee. Both were delicious!
One thing that was a bit annoying is that they don't have prices listed for everything. Mine ended up being about $12 total. They have coffee flights available as well which is what I'll probably get next time, although I have no idea how much they cost.

Very good coffee, seems to be specialty rated location.
Very quiet and a lot of customers coming to work from here.
Had a Cortado and chocolate croissant.

From out of town and it’s a bit of a drive from O’Fallon for pre-work coffee but worth it. Coffee is fantastic and the aesthetic is 🤌🏽
My only suggestion is to partner with local dairies to provide fresh locally made yogurt(s) and breakfast tacos 🌮
Not sure why but that’s a favorite combination and we don’t see it too often.

Gorgeously roasted coffee! I was blown away by the Flores, Indonesia both as a pour-over and a (complimentary) taste of cold brew.
Pour-overs are highly recommended, but they do great espresso drinks, too.
Update: second five-star pour over in a row, and I actually like their cold brew (!) which has never been my favorite brew method. Truly special.
Food mostly limited to (good) pastries.

Great coffee and work spot!! Fantastic coffee and so many open tables and cozy places to post up. Love this as a remote worker
