Our pipes had been frozen for a few days. Nathan was our technician. He was great he waited the 5 mins it took for me to get home for the appointment and was not mad at all. I always feel bad when I am running behind for service. He then took the time to answer all of my questions in terms that I would understand. He guided us perfectly on how to handle the situation. It has been a very stressful couple of days with water out. Nathan was very courteous and just down right fantastic. Very down to earth. I am glad to know that with being a newer home owner that I have found a company I can trust to work on my plumbing and be trust worthy and honest.
So I set up an appointment at 11am on a Friday so I could have something replaced and the plumber (which will not be named because he was nice and did his job) showed up at 8am. I was confused because I never received a call or anything at that time to let me know he would be there way earlier. I called them and they told me I had to reschedule. So I did but this time the appointment was at 10 the following week. So I waited and finally after he didn’t show up for 30 minutes I called to see where he was at. The person who picked up told me to wait on hold and hung up. I called multiple times but I would only get a hang up. After getting into a heated exchange with them I simply stopped calling and no longer wished to talk. I received a voicemail not long after blaming me for “not answering” they also said they didn’t have “20 minutes to wait on me.” This doesn’t make sense as I waited on them twice. I should have never even tried to deal with them. They will not show up. So don’t bother going with this company. They will schedule you but will not honor the appointment, when they don’t show up it will be your fault somehow. I don’t understand how you guys are in business if you don’t show up to do work. I will also love to see what excuse you make if you reply to this. I have the voicemail and call logs in case you try to put the blame on me.
This is my second time using this company. Craftsman Plumbing and they .will always be my go to plumber. For a number of reasons. worked around my time and made me feel that my plumbing work was important. I called and they were ready to come to my home. Jacob and Josh were very professional and very understanding to repeat what they had to do making sure I understood. They looked like they are 15 , 16 but trust them they know what they are doing ! Thank you very much.
I had a plumber come out and look at a small leak under my sink. The gentleman was in the area and was at my home within 5 minutes. He replaced a seal around a screw on my garbage disposal. It took him 10 minutes. I was charged $250 for a seal. Mind you, I’m not a plumber and the gentleman was very nice, however $250 for a seal on a small leak that took 10 minutes to fix? I was definitely taken advantage of. Think twice before you use this business.
This is my second time using Craftsman Plumbing Company. My tub faucet in the main bathroom was leaking. The plumber, Nathan, who completed the repair was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He fixed my faucet sooner than I expected and did not leave a huge mess for me to clean up. He also made sure the new faucet cartridge had a good seal that would prevent any leaking. This company is excellent in customer service, setting appointments quickly, and providing top quality work. I’m a very happy customer.
