I just have to say Thank You to Craig and Nancy!! My husband and I have been with American Family for over 30 years and each and every time we have needed to use our insurance Craig and Nancy have always been just a phone call away and ready to help. I don't think we give enough credit to how important they really are...they see us at our worst, when bad things have happened and they always have our back. Craig and Nancy do it with grace, dignity respect and most of all Heart! If everyone did business the way they do, the world would be a better place.

I've been using Craig Sengl insurance policy from a long time. I found the insurance received from Craig Sengl are less expensive. I also enjoy having a 'personal' life insurance insurance agent to assist me with any needs. All i say they are the best st charles insurance agency. I like the way they tailored my insurance to fit my needs.
