I am very happy with my experience at Crosby chiropractor and acupuncture center. I went in one time and was seen and felt so welcomed by everyone there. The next time I went, I walked in and the lady at the front desk already knew me by name. I was so impressed. I really didn't know who I was going to find for a chiropractor but when I seen online that they had over 300 reviews and a 4.7 rating I knew that this place knew what they were doing. The doctors and staff here treat you like family. & Personally I feel like they are helping me because they really want to see me improve my health just as much as I do. I've been going to this chiropractor for a while now, and I couldn't be happier with the care I’ve received. Not only do they provide excellent chiropractic adjustments, but I've also had hour-long massages and mini massages that have been incredibly effective in relieving my back pain. They really take the time to understand all of my needs and always make sure I have a plan to prevent future issues. What sets them apart is their flexibility. They've been able to accommodate my busy schedule, even with last-minute appointments. The pricing is super affordable for the high-quality care you receive. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for thorough, personalized, and affordable chiropractic care!

I highly recommend Dr. Crosby. I am actually a chiropractor myself in Columbia, but I have seen Dr. Crosby for acupuncture treatments related to my fertility issues. She is thorough, kind, and incredibly knowledgable-both with eastern and western medicine approaches .Forever grateful for her care.

I have been going to Crosby Chiropractic for massage therapy all year, purchasing packages of three at a time. I went in for a massage today and was told that I had zero massages left in my package despite their on line system telling me I had one left. The manager admitted it was #1 front office mistake and #2 their on line booking system has not gone smoothly since they put it in place January of this year. In my opinion, what should have happened is the girl behind the front desk should have handled the situation differently from the get go. Instead of apologizing that the on line booking system has not been accurate and talking through it, she immediately said it’s $85 and if you choose not to get your massage we will settle up with the massage therapist since it was our fault she said, if you leave we will charge your card $85 anyway. I will not be going back and would suggest they address the issues with their new system and also work with the staff. On a positive note, I loved going to Jeyd. She gives great massages and I will continue to book with her in Chesterfield.

The front desk was friendly and prompt. I was pleased watching other patients get their numerous choices of pain relief. Electrodes stimulation, laser on inflammation healing inside out and acupuncture administered if needed. I called it a candy store with professional supplements I’ve used before, pain creams to choose and treatment tables for different issues to work on. Everyone so helpful, encouraging, calm and kind. People were coming & going delighted with results after their doctor had adjusted their world. I left with a lot of options to find the source of pain. l’ll see you Wednesday for more relief.
