Incomparable community and results. CFO really cares about every person! The workouts are fun and effective, the gym is clean and organized, everyone uplifts and supports each other, and the owners not only care about your goals and results but they care about helping you become a better human. Their slogan is Helping ordinary people do extraordinary things. Spot on!

The owners are genuinely caring people whose main priority is PEOPLE. People before profits. The members are all kind and welcoming. As for the programming, you will get a full body workout every class. There is always a strength portion to each class and then on to a hardy WOD. Great place all around.
