Ordered glasses on Sept 19. Still do not have them and today is October 11. I specifically let them know I lost my glasses and needed ASAP. Every time I call or go up there because they don’t answer the phone, there is a different story on why they don’t have them. I am currently using an old pair and suffering from headaches because I’m having to strain to see, this was explained to them. Today they tell me that a whole UPS package has been lost with my glasses in it. I have always had glasses within 5 days when ordering from other vendors. At this point I’m sure I will get them faster going somewhere else! The staff are extremely nice but that isn’t helping my situation. Very disappointed and will most likely go elsewhere.
Although everyone on staff was great, I had an amazing experience with Ann during my appointment. She was a huge help in choosing frames and I can't thank her enough for making the process so easy and so fun! I'm extremely happy with the service I received and with the frames I chose.
My sister is special needs and can't drive herself to pick up her glasses. I get off work at 5:30 pm, then would need to go get her and then go to get the glasses. So, naturally I used Google to locate the hours of operation and rearranged my whole evening based on the store closing at 7 pm. Then I'm told "oh sorry the website must be wrong, we close at 6". Uhhhh.... not at all our fault but now I'm SOL and she has to go without being able to see properly or I have to hunt down someone to pay to take her. We all know every business knows how to update the public forums, this is not your patients fault. Poor service for special needs patients! I was looking for a new eye doctor to move to and based off the original day we ordered the glasses, I was going to move all of our business here. I am not happy at all and will NEVER come back there.
Staff very professional & friendly -assistance with obtaining lens for my frames went well & received within a week. Very satisfied with services received & would highly recommend, thanks!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The Dr. is great and the staff are very helpful. My son had his annual appt. and found out he has a stigma Tim’s in each eye, so he had to get his first pair of glasses. The staff was very helpful during this process, and made it very easy.
