Absolutely horrible elevator hasn't worked in MONTHS were on the 3rd floor they recently uped the price per month go back in today not only is the elevator not working theres zero carts but there were no cars in the lot. Paying 200 a month for a unit we can't even get things in and out of is ridiculous and all the customer service will do is "submit a work order to the property manager" who im sure by now is more than aware there's a problem
