Unfortunately, this franchise has gone downhill. The custard has a gritty consistency the last few times I visited. Also, novelty chocolate is on the menu. However, very few employees know what that is. Maybe better training and oversight can bring back the great quality it used to have.

The very 1st day we had the burger combos. It was just ok definitely could have been better. Don't know what the hype is about. We enjoyed the fries more than anything! The very next day we had the spicy chicken combos and they were much better than the burgers. Still I don't have to return! Butttt if you want great fries then go here! The customer service was great both times!

Culver's leads the fast food hamburger market, in my opinion. Their double is filling, the triple is biggest around. Food is always hot and consistently delicious. Staff always seems to be head and shoulders above the competition in their neighborhoods.

Came here and ordered several meals. All food came out very quick during a busy time, and it was all hot and fresh. It's a plus when you get kids meals, as they all come with a kids custard with 1 topping or the flavor of the day.

Just the thought that I gave this place a chance while fully knowing it isn’t Sunday and therefore Chick-Fil-A is open and I am here instead makes me very sad… life isn’t about regretting the decision you make… it’s about regretting not going to Chick-Fil-A on a Thursday and going to Culver’s and feeling like my girlfriend is disappointed.
