The previous owner used Dade to install, so we just kept using them to service the system. In the nearly 5 years we’ve been working with them, we’ve not had a single negative experience. They come when they say they’re coming, they do good work, and they’re always friendly and professional.

I have been having Dade perform my winterizations and system startups/backflow tests for a few years now after one of the most continuously horrendous experiences as a customer I've ever had with Professional Irrigation Systems. Dade is extremely easy to work with. I send an email request, they schedule me, perform the work and send me an invoice which I can pay online. I don't even have to pick up the phone at any point. The services they have performed have been done right and they show up when they say they will. I will continue to support Dade for all my sprinkler system needs.

Joe and family are conscientious and hard working. They put in our sprinkler system and it is working great. They are caring and responsive. And their pricing was great.

Phone line is working but its says office is closed in the working day time. Automated message asked to call Tom, reached out 2 times, left voice mail but no response back. It seems they are not in business.
