I explained numerous times when making the appointment that I need to leave my house for work at noon. The appointment person said a 9am appointment would work for that timing. I dropped off my chihuahua at 8:45. He was not done til 12:10. They said another groomer was having to finish him. Needless to say I was late for work. Also his grooming looked like a 2 yr old did it. I don't think he got a full groom as many things looked undone.

Great work Dianne and the Dapper Dog staff — you always make my little mutt look like a show dog, also, I really appreciate the attentive text message communication and ease of appointment setup — so convenient.

Dianne did an amazing job on our 13 year old dachshund/yorky. He was clearly excited and happy from his experience and looked perfect!

They are always very accommodating. I bring my dog in and they stop what they are doing to trim his nails while I wait. I'm always very grateful that they do that. I'd recommend them to anyone!

We have used Dapper Dog for our past 3 grooms and we will never take our poodle mix anywhere else! He can be a bit touchy on the paws, his coat is complex and yet he always leaves there happy and looking great. Highly recommend!
