After searching for a good dentist for 5 years, I recently found Dr. Shrivastava and his staff. I am so thrilled to be at this office. Everything is done upfront. Insurance is processed before treatment so you know your portion ahead of time. The staff and Dr. are professional and caring. I’m very happy!

The staff are friendly, welcoming, and fun to be around. They are thorough and make sure you are comfortable the whole time. Dr. Shrivastava is an excellent dentist who cares about the whole person. He even noticed my sleep apnea from looking at my teeth! He explains everything in an easy to understand way and is brilliant at his job. There are other dentists who are much closer to my house, but I travel to this one because everyone is so great here.

College daughter had an appointment today concerning wisdom teeth pain. All the staff was so kind and very nice. Dr Smith took time to do a full exam and asked hygienist to come do her cleaning today. Scheduled her wisdom teeth surgery at the next opening and follow up after that. From the Office mgr Steven, Dental assistant Sara, Hygienist Amanda to Dr Logan Smith, every one of them were knowledgable and most important kind to my daughter and myself. An overall excellent experience here. Thank you to the whole team!

Great people here! Very efficient scheduling, very friendly! Dr. Shrivastava actually noticed something in my x-rays that wasn't necessarily dental related. He pointed it out to me and it was a huge help to me medically! He's a dentist, he didn't have to do that. Amanda the hygienist is very friendly and makes the process easy and does her best to make sure you're comfortable.

I will never go back here! I had a simple appointment for a routine cleaning and exam. That has never taken over 1 hour at other places. Here, it took over 3 hours. They never got around to cleaning my teeth and wanted me to book an appointment to come back. There was one moment where they just left me in the chair alone for 45 minutes. I had to start asking if anyone was still in the office. They had one dentist working and had the place full of clients. They max billed my insurance company and tried to trick me into coming back for an advanced cleaning that is not covered under my insurance plan. They straight up lied to me saying I had deep gum pockets but my last dentist, visit less than 3 months ago, said my gums were very healthy. Also, I could see the pocket depth numbers on the computer chart, and they had a poster on the wall next to me that clearly said those numbers were considered healthy. They tried to hard sell me. They reminded me of a shady car repair place that makes up some repair you don't need. I do not recommend them at all. Stay away.
