The practice and owner failed to review my chart prior to my appointment. Poor communication at this practice and poorly ran. (Waste of lost wages) A call center is used so somehow I waited 2 months to be seen. 15 minutes of waiting because the call center didn’t communicate and the previous doctor here gets the blame of not sharing my chart before the actual appointment. Told me that I had a choice of only using 1 dentist at his practice. *All because I opted for partial treatment and another Doctor would be doing what would have been his high $$$ production ticket. * Well, that was a wasted day off of lost wages and time all because you failed to look at your case. Expect me to wait but don’t be late even tho you sit me in a chair to calmly explain in a professional way of passing the buck. If 0 stars was a thing. You would deserve less because of poor communication, poor preparedness and poor customer service.

I’m editing a previously poor review. I’ve had great experiences the last two times I’ve visited this practice. I was having a bad morning when I went in earlier this week to have a cavity filled- I couldn’t stop crying. The staff was extremely kind, comforting me and giving me time and water before moving forward with the procedure. The technician was wonderful.

I came in as a new patient this week and this was hands down the best dental experience that I have ever had. Scheduling an appointment and checking in was very easy, the staff was all very friendly and polite. Front desk, DA, and the dentist Dr. Logan Smith. I have never had such a thorough exam and pleasant experience. I have already scheduled my next visit!

My experience at Dentists of St Peters was FANTASTIC!! I hate the dentist, I have had several poor experiences at dentists through the years so in response I’ve hopped around and was under the impression all dentists offices were the same. Dentists of St Peters was SO MUCH BETTER than any experience I have had before. The dentist took the time to explain what was going on, walked me through their really neat technology and answered all of my questions. The dental hygienist, I don’t even have any words, I could have napped through my whole deep cleaning, she made me feel very comfortable and when I got home I asked my husband if this is why he loves the dentist, I have never enjoyed it before. As an added benefit, they also did my son’s first dentists visit and were so good with him and explained everything to my husband and myself. Thank you Dentists of St Peters for an awesome experience (never thought I would say that about a dentist) you all are wonderful!

I have been going to this location for the past year and a half since I moved to Missouri from Tennessee. The staff here is all very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with around scheduling. When I first showed up it hurt to eat anything cold or hot and I had let my teeth get in very very bad shape. Worst of my life. A year later my teeth have never felt better. I have been to good and bad dentist. I would strongly recommend this location to anybody!
