I am very unsatisfied with my detail work. I purchased the most expensive package offered, expecting to get all the bells and whistles. Wrong. I can't comprehend what they did to my truck for so long. Waste of time and money. My dashboard wasn't even touched. My doors were grimy. The windshield has really terrible streaks and water marks. They left liquid cleaner in my center console. The worst detail and car wash I've ever experienced. Careless service.

I am continually disappointed in my experience here. Twice I’ve paid for full detail and both times requested they wipe missing spots. Lint from rags all over dash and they completely missed back of seats. They get too busy to do a proper job. Waste of money.

Holy Smokes! I got the Full Detail on my car and it looks absolutely amazing! Worth every penny. I'd even argue my car looks better than showroom new. I would highly recommend Detail Driven. Notice: I did rain and they did give me a coupon for a free exterior wash. Customer service was super friendly.

I went to Detail Driven Carwash today to have my truck cleaned. I paid for the $44 Extreme Wash. The last time I used this carwash I was not happy but thought I would try them again. Overall, the truck looked good but closer inspection showed that there were areas missed. I do a lot of photography outdoors so my truck can get dusty. I cleaned the door frames ahead of the carwash because I know it can be tedious cleaning. Before leaving after the truck was washed and the interior cleaned, I mentioned that the driver side armrest was still dirty. The supervisor or owner came and cleaned it with some degreaser but then said that if I want to keep that area clean, I need to use Armor All. The other side was clean. Also, the passenger side mirror was still folded from the carwash. It was then that it was pulled into the correct position and cleaned. After I got home, I took a closer look and saw that the passenger side door panel was still dirty. The photo shows where I wet my finger to clean a spot. The bottom of the door panel storage was vacuumed but not wiped, as can be seen in the photo. I will be looking for a new full-service carwash place to get my truck cleaned when it needs it.
