As a mom of four, I procrastinate a lot. So we always end up scheduling appointments at the last minute, everyone is booked, and we're forced to go to a place where it's walk in only, you give them $20 and pray you walk out with something close to what you asked for. Of course we are usually bummed out with what we get. I can't tell you how excited we were that we could get an appointment at Diesel last minute. I really didn't expect it considering how honestly awesome this establishment is on the inside. Our 10 year old was so excited when we walked in. We got free drinks and our toddler got a sucker! Our toddler is due to get his first haircut in a few days and they were more than happy to let us stand right up next to them so our baby could watch his brother get a haircut. This haircut was a pretry big deal for our 10 year old because he had spent two years growing his hair super long, down his back. We got to leave with a gorgeous braided ponytail full of his hair and we got to watch our kid bursting with confidence for the first time in a long time. Cleveland was patient and took his time, you can tell he really loves what he does and is incredibly talented. He showed us how to style his hair with the product we purchased as well. I really can't wait to come back, I think we'll ask for Cleveland anytime someone in our family needs their haircut from now on!

Very happy with my first cut at DB. I've had some recent horror stories about cuts at other places. I don't normally have long hair so I never worried much because you couldn't mess up the cut I normally got. But then I started growing my hair out and it got stressful lol. Growing it out and then getting it chopped off because the stylist didn't follow me. But I did some research and felt comfortable booking with Lorna J based off reviews. She was easy to talk to, gave me EXACTLY what I asked for, even if she had to endure some annoying questions lol. The whole experience was a pleasant one and worth the $ and I'm sure I'll be back.

Please do not go here. I just finished a 2 hour haircut. Eric cut my hair, and did a terrible job, cut it way too short when i showed him a photo at the beginning. When i asked him to blend it, he said " I don't do none of that layering, I didn't go to cosmetology school." Then 2 other people worked on my hair trying to fix what Eric did, and it took 2 hours. They didn't make me pay because he messed up so bad. Find somewhere else to go.

Way overpriced for what you get I will never go there again stick to your local small town barber or even great clips unless you want to be shoved out the door and not even get what you want Eric cut my hair

I had my first visit this morning. I had a busy day ahead of me so I got there before the doors opened. I was very impressed by this place. I was greeted kindly and offered a beverage before my haircut. (Beer included!) The owner was present and was very kind. I had the pleasure of being cut by Kayla. She keeps a good conversation going and is naturally a people person. She sat me in one chair for the cut, shampoo, and style. Kayla recommended a great pomade to use for the day and I purchased some to take home. On top of all the great things they were able to notch me for an opening on the calendar that worked best for my schedule. I am very happy with this experience. Thank you for coming to O'fallon, MO!
