I had a safety inspection and oil change scheduled for a Saturday morning. I dropped my car off Friday night before close and the employee at the front desk answered all of my questions. He was very helpful and easily managed the rush of customers when I was in there around 5:20 on Friday. Great employee. The pickup was seamless and they got the job done in a timely manner. Dobbs employees were very professional. I expressed my concerns about my vehicle, and they were very willing to help. Some issuse came up with the back alignment of my vehicle, and they called me to explain what the issues was and what they did to help correct the issue. It was good to hear that they have a plan to help correct the issue instead of just saying "there's nothing they can do" and have the person paying more money than they would have planned to. They are very good at communicating with the customer. I would recommend this auto center others. We have been going to them for years with all our vehicles.
The Lake Saint Louis Dobbs provides awesome service. Manager Matt, Bo, Jeremy, and entire staff are always accommodating for appointments and proved it again on 11/8/24 when I needed a new tire. They are very professional, courteous, and most important, friendly. Long time customer who knows our vehicles are always in good hands at the Lake Saint Louis Dobbs. Kudos!
Updated from previous review. After more conversations, a very reasonable accommodation has been made by Dobbs to make this customer happy. Thank you for the understanding and assistance even beyond the tire manufactrer desires.
The service was good but the communication was disappointing. I went in for a safety inspection, but was given the ID inspection instead. They didn't try to clarify which one I wanted. Thankfully, they were able to refund the charges. I recommend being very specific with them so you do not have the wrong services performed.
