I don’t know about you guys. I had to wait 2 weeks for a scheduled appointment to get my tires rotated. When I got there I sat in the waiting room for over 1 hour. I am 63 and could have rotated my tires using a floor jack and jack stands in less than a hour. I also tried to see if they would be able to get a new set of tires (cooper) just to find out Dobbs could no longer get my tires if I needed them. Looks like I will have to get my next tires from Walmart for a much more affordable price.

I am so greatful to the Dobbs team and to Adam who was so kind and patient with me in my flustered distress! I had hit a curb and busted two of my tires and had no idea what I was doing. Not only did he help me figure out what tires I needed but he was able to get me in same day and worked with me on a pick up plan so I would have my car back same day even after they closed! I am so greatful that they were able to work me in! They are also honest and don't try to upsell things that aren't needed. He mentioned that I may need an alignment which could have been another $200. He ran the test and determined that it wasn't needed after all!

I called to make an appointment to get an oil change and tire rotation and was pleasantly given an appointment the next day. Service was done promptly and I received a phone call when everything had been completed. When I arrived they were organized and I paid the bill and out the door I went! Fair prices and a job well done.

A rare 5-star review from me. Why? Because they didn't just do their job, the Dobbs team exceeded expectations. My first priority was new tires - which they went ouf of their way to get the tires I wanted instead of selling me the tires they had in stock. The appointment was a drop off - meaning they would get to my car as time permitted, even if it took all day. I told them I was in a hurry and was willing to wait for 3, maybe 4 hours. I also told them to skip the state emissions test to save time. Not only was the car ready in 3 hours but the emissions test was done as well. The tires weren't in stock as I mentioned but Dobbs offered to get them delivered to their store that day in maybe annother 2 hours. I didn't have time to wait so I chose to leave on my own and returned the next day to have my new tires installed. Great work.

I arrived with a prepaid appointment and was given a look of confusion from the gentleman at the counter, who scurried through a pile of papers and finally found my appointment. You would have thought that the scheduled appoints would be readily available, especially the first one of the day. Then he tried to have me sign an agreement to ok an alignment without knowing one was needed. I asked to call me if that was necessary. Then they called and said they were starting on the alignment and would be a little more than 30 minutes. I asked for a call when completed...no call. Had a 7am appointment for tires. Asked for an oil change, and was added an alignment. 5 hours to get completed. Making an appointment and prepaying did not do any better than the customers who just showed up in the morning. Everyone seemed to speak to me as if I was the villan and I should understand and not question there process or motives. Won't be back.
