We had a super great experience here. My girlfriend took her car here for some body damage to be assessed. Adam was super helpful, informative and polite. He genuinely seemed concerned about our situation and my girlfriend felt a lot less stressed after talking to him.

Went in today for a second opinion on a hail damage estimate. The staff was absolutely amazing. They were detailed and timely when looking at the vehicle. They answered all of my questions and provided me with resources and options. I left informed and confident that my car was in great hands. I will be referring friends and family to this location. The staff deserves a raise!

I went here to get my door fixed after my dealership was less than helpful. I had a great experience here. My door was not closing properly and I couldn't figure out exactly why. Everyone was friendly and my door was fixed in less than 10 minutes! They even showed me how to fix it myself next time if it happens again. In prior experiences I have had some really condescending know it all car folks who talked down to me and belittled me. I didn't get any of that from these guys. Everyone was incredibly professional, kind and helpful.

Can’t say enough about the friendly, courteous and professional people at Dons. They took an anxiety filled process and put me at ease. The quality of the work is to a high standard. Will definitely recommend them and use them again for body repair needs. Edited: 10/2. After cleaning my car for the first time I noticed some minor paint imperfections I wasn't pleased with so I called Scott at Don's and he had me bring the car in. He apologized and promised to fix the issues until it met my standard. Just picked up my girl today and could not be more pleased. I can honestly say it looks better than it did when I bought it new. I will highly recommend them to anyone needing repair work. You can tell customer satisfaction is a high priority to them.

I would like to thank the folks at Don's autobody in Cottleville for being very transparent with me during an insurance claim. I was rear-ended by an insured driver, the insurance company was trying to push Don's to do a mask job on a complete loss. These guys are hard to find in a business that is driven by income. They have true integrity when it comes to customer safety and doing what's right. While I did not get to recognize the great body work I've heard about, I highly recommend them as they pushed back on the insurance company and would not do a partial fix. Instead of getting my vehicle pasted back together, it became a total loss. That is so respectable, total Class. Thank you, Scott Acres for your time and expert advice, actually got the insurance company to pay an additional $1000 more than the original total loss.
