A very good gym! DB up to 100, 2 safety racks, tires, sled, and other machines give you a good workout. Private gym, wasn't crowded. Opens early.

You should definitely check it out if you are looking for a smaller gym with all the necessities. Daryl, the owner, was very friendly and helpful and memberships are very affordable with no yearly contracts.

The one redeeming quality of this gym is the cost; it is cheap. On that note, you get what you pay for. The functional fitness equipment at this gym is lacking. There are 3 kettle bells, a few plio boxes, and a punching bag. The hygiene of this gym is lacking. The locker rooms typically smelled of urine and body odor. One of the urinals was out of order for about 2 months. The lockers are too small to accommodate an average size gym bag. No towels are offered to clients. They use a single towel throughout the entire day for everyone to clean off the equipment. Space is typically limited during peak hours. There is not enough equipment for more than 3 people in the free weight area at once. Classes take up a substantial amount of floor space. Most importantly, the owner is wildly unprofessional. I was no longer able to make it to the gym during my lunch break, so I called to terminate the agreement. The owner asked me to send him an email and I complied within the hour. I got an email back from him 17 days later, stating "your card doesnt work anyway so your cancelled." (direct quote from the owner) Fortunately I had my bank freeze any transactions with this place after I sent the email - I can only assume he would still be charging me.

I am having worst time trying to get my membership cancelled. I am no longer living or working near this location and am no longer under the 12 month contract and I have called 2 times, once told to cal back because they didn’t know how and the other time told to send a request in through writing through the website. I sent 3 emails through the website and still get no response and keep getting charged. Just be careful when choosing a location for a gym membership... sometimes the larger companies are less of a headache when canceling.

I've been coming here for years and love it! Perfect size to get all my workouts in and Daryl Doran is an excellent trainer!
