I feel like Dr Radparvar is only practicing to collect copays of patients that have their blood sugar under control. He pushes metformin even though I said it's not helping. I won't be returning and filed a complaint with my insurance.

My Appointment went quickly and smoothly. 5here was hardly a wait for me to be seen, plus I was the only one in the waiting room which welcomed me with tastefully designed furniture, and wall hangings, with a television displaying awesome health tips, and information. Plus there was a window with a ledge and clip board with paper on it. So I signed in, it hadn't been more than five minutes and I was called. I went with the nurse and was weighed. Then led to a room, I waited approximately three minutes and Dr. Radparvar entered the room. Dr. Radparvar is my endocrinologist for my thyroid, mine is hyper. Today Dr. Radparvar told me that he has some good news and bad news. And he was compassionate, & professional about it, I've been seeing him since Feb 2021, and I asked all of the questions I had. The appointment with Dr. Radparvar in total lasted 15 min & he's got quite the sense of humor. Dr. Amin Radparvar did NOT disappoint.

Wonderful doctor and a wonderful, helpful staff. Dr. Radparvar knows his stuff. His office staff always tries to get the most convenient appointment time for you. Dr. Radparvar truly cares about his patients. He fixed my daughter, and got my husband's a1c from 12 to 8....I'm still a work in progress. But Dr. Radparvar will get me where I need to be, I'm very sure of that😀

Incompetent doctor and staff. Told staff I would not be returning due to subpar care from doctor. Staff not filing health insurance claim for which I had to pay the balance due to repeated notices I owed the money. And never returning phone calls. They immediately deleted my Afinia portal and made zero apologies. Beware!

I've been in his office twice to date, both times he was polite and professional. He set an effective treatment plan in place in no time flat. His staff made sure to work around my schedule and made me feel welcome. My only complaint is that the phones don't open up until 9 am.
