I love Dr. Thurman but the staff has issues. Emily who was amazing has been replaced by Jessica. Jessica doesn't return phone calls and today she agreed to have my wife come by to sign some paperwork , my wife drove 45 min one way to find out the office was closed for a Christmas party. Do you think Jessica could have told me the office would be closed? Only if she gave a damn about the patients. Please get Emily back!!!
Wonderful Doctor! He takes time to listen to me. With his help, I now have my diabetes under control and I’ve lost a few pounds. Very happy with him.
Absolutely awesome doctor!! Have been going to Dr Thurman for many years & would never think of going to anyone else. Always professional, personable, compassionate, answers any questions. Replies to messages on My Chart within a short period of time.
Dr. Thurman has been my endocrinologist for I don't know how many years now. He's very kind and non-judgmental, which is so nice when living with a disease that can be terribly difficult to control at times. He's always been very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to help me out whenever I need special attention. Any email sent to his office usually gets a reply within a matter of hours. I would highly recommend him to any new diabetic looking for a laid-back, but intelligent and caring endo.
Dr. Thurman is my husband's endocrinologist and I will NEVER recommend him. My husband has to go through a company called J&B Medical Supplies for his pump supplies. J&B has called and emailed Dr. Thurman's office for over a month now trying to get Dr. Thurman to sign and submit the correct paperwork that is needed for my husband to get the supplies he needs. He is getting down to his last few pump sites and has no idea what to do when he runs out. It blows my mind how a doctor could be so blatantly negligent towards his patients. Very, very upsetting.
