Went to Duluth for the first time on Black Friday. Incredible deals on incredible products. I bought snow boots, bibs, gloves, and other thermal wear for my ice fishing trip.
Thanks to Barb and her kindness, my mother and I were able to find all of the products that we needed so we would stay warm on our trip.
Barb was attentive, left us with no unanswered questions, and had a wonderful charisma!
Thanks Barb and to Duluth, we will be back!

Terrible customer service. For 12 days now, I have been unable to get a response on a malfunction with a recent order that I placed. Three messages, no response. These suspenders were incorrectly sew, twisted on one side, for hours my husband and I have tried to figure out this puzzle, since we cannot get any support for Duluth.
I even tried calling, after being on hold for 30 minutes, I gave up.
However, they have no problem sending me additional sales promotions.

I received my package 2 weeks after I ordered, and it was the wrong item. Could not get a response out of online "live chat." Phone customer service said it would be 129 minute wait to talk to a representative. I sent an email and did not receive a response. So I'm left with having to return the wrong item, wait until they process that, then they will ship me *hopefully* what I ordered (again). This was a Christmas present, and I doubt now I will get it in time, which makes me just want to return without a replacement and never order from Duluth again. A shame, since my family had always loved the products. Too bad the customer service has been so terrible.

Very frustrated with this company. I wanted ship to store and selected it in their online shop but it defaulted back to ship to me. I called and immediately tried to change it and they couldn’t do it. I now have to go buy what I want at the store, pay also for shipping and then take anything back I don’t want. Frustrating.
ETA received the order 5 days earlier than they originally expected. Still a very frustrating process that they should improve, but better than I had thought. Plus good quality items.
