The guys who helped us were awesome! They were so patient in explaining ingredients in their drinks, how to join and earn rewards, and telling us when to come for the best deals. Really nice and helpful! Will definitely be back.
We came here before 10 AM on a Saturday to get some breakfast and coffee. The munchkins were so dried out and I didn’t get the correct ones. The hash browns were even worse. They had no flavor, they looked like they were soaked in old nasty grease and they tasted chewy. We ended up just throwing them out. On the bright side, I also got an ice coffee with cream and vanilla, that turned out perfect. The prices are all good but the food needs some improvement.
I stopped in with a coworker to pick up doughnuts and coffee for a meeting and training with customers. Upon walking in, we noticed a long line in the drive-thru, but there was no one else inside. We were not in any hurry, so I did not feel as if I was acting in any other way than friendly. I was greeted by a young girl who immediately acted irritated, and her rude attitude almost caused me to walk out. However, I had an appointment and needed these items for my customers. I did not think that it would be that difficult to provide me with two carafes of coffee and 36 doughnuts. The entire transaction this girl made it clear she was unhappy to be there and unhappy that I was asking for "so much." The other ladies working there were very polite and seemed happy and pleased to help. Coffee and doughnuts were great and a hit with my customers. Disappointed with the lousy attitude by one.
coffee always runs more on the mediocre side of taste. not terrible for a last resort choice. overall staff was nice
Restaurant managers know their menu, delivery service drivers do not. So why do they wait until the driver arrives & have them call the customer to resolve issues like cappuccino machine is broken. Drivers don't have any idea what to offer customers. Take care of your customers & let drivers do the delivering for you, it's just good busines.
