Extremely slow. Tried giving me the wrong order 3 times. Staff seems very confused
The bald headed big girl who made my drink filled it with about 3/4s of milk then added 1/4 of coffee from the machine. She did this because the machine was out of coffee. I'd seen her tipping the whole machine into my cup to get the last few drops. When I told her that's gross and I dont want it she told me that's the way it comes. I called her a liar. She then told me to leave. I will never be back. The girl I'm referring to is the short, pail, round headed, bald, and has a bad attitude.
Only three concerns are that they need a much larger lot/drive thru to account for the amount of people who come through....I've sat in line for close to 20 minutes already...at peak times more staff (they ARE hiring...), and Dunkin as a whole needs to realize that 'seasonal flavors' such as pumpkin spice and gingerbread are (1) acceptable ALL year long, or (2) at least make them September through March: autumn and winter. Usually no issues and coffee is great. I have had lukewarm coffee a few times, and I did have severely over done stuffed bagels once, but I just keep coming back!
Personally I like this location. The coffee is always good and the hash browns tend to be fresh almost every time. The employees are my speed. However, if you're looking for someone bubbly and chipper to give you coffee then this location is not for you. They're regular people taking your order which is what I like.
My total was 12.35 and I gave the girl 20.35 so that I could get only dollars back and she would not take my change. She told me it was easier for her to figure out without that. When I got my donuts the frosting was stuck together/completely off the donut because they were put in frosting side together and on top of another. No napkins either to deal with the frosting everywhere and super unhappy kids.
