I used Efata twice to install LVP floors for my homes. Ricardo was amazing to work with. He is prompt, extremely neat, and provides competitive, but fair pricing. We were unsure of the materials that we needed to purchase. Ricardo provided us with a comprehensive list of materials needed. And if I couldn't find a particular item, he didn't hesitate to purchase it for me. I'm so thankful that I took a chance with Efata. I will definitely contact Ricardo to work on other home projects!! Efata saved our project! After our original contractor ghosted us Ricardo was quick to respond and get to work. He was incredibly patient with me and supply chain issues we ran into as we needed to order more supplies for the project. Work was incredible and I love my new kitchen backsplash. He even fixed a spot of our laminate floor that had shifted out of place while he was there. Highly recommend and will use for all flooring and tile projects in the future!

Ricardo does exceptional work. He is super efficient and the results are of high quality. He transformed our finished basement in a day. He leveled out our uneven floors and installed vinyl plank flooring with ease. He made it look effortless. He is a true craftsman and we highly recommend him!

Although I did not have my floors done (yet) because of a misunderstanding. I highly recommend Efata!!! Ricardo is extraordinarily dependable, honest, his prices are reasonable and he is upfront and professional. He answers VERY promptly and is very courteous! I suggest you hurry and reserve him because he is going to be in very high demand! These days, There are not a lot of business owners that are this professional and responsive under pressure. When you meet him, you will see right away that you’ve made the right choice.

Installed my backsplash. Ricardo was very responsive, guys were on time, did great work and even squeezed me in before Christmas (on only 5 day’s notice).
