Could not express my fondness and gratitude any higher! After relocating to a new city, we were looking for a studio that met our needs not just fit into a time slot. I have visited several therapists on staff depending on what type of massage I needed. I have and will continue to refer everyone to this positive and uplifting establishment!

My massage therapist did a great job, I like deeper massage and I know it can be difficult to achieve the pressure levels I require without straining themselves. He was strong and used varied techniques to help resolve some of my concerns(trigger point, Swedish, etc). Very good! I’ll be back!

The atmosphere is very conducive to relaxation and healing, starting with the waiting room and all the way back to the private rooms. The staff was pleasant and offered us lemon water right away, which struck me as being classy, generous, and a great healthy option. My massage therapist was wonderful- skilled, knowledgeable, personable, professional, kind. I have some special needs due to medical complications but she was so knowledgeable and communicative that it did not hinder my goals for relief and relaxation. I was deeply impressed with the entire experience at Elements! I can't wait to come back!

I had Angie as my therapist for a sports massage. I like that she explained what she was doing, why she was doing it, and how I can develop my own injury prevention plan. She was knowledgeable and I felt confident in her skills. This allowed me to relax. The massage was great. Excellent pressure and I felt near instant relief. I will be coming back!

This was my first experience ever getting a massage. I absolutely loved it. My fiance brought me here to take a break from the wedding planning and from the school work that's always piling up and from holiday stresses. I admit at first I was a little weary (the idea of a stranger rubbing their hands all over my mostly naked body wasn't a comforting thought), but the staff here made me feel instantly at ease. Afterwards I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed and it was wonderful. I highly recommend this place.
