After three Sundays of use we have found the system Jeff Ericson recommended to be everything we wanted and are very happy at how easy the system is to learn and use... a bonus as we staff our video booth with volunteers. Simply stated, we are quite happy with the entire experience. We have warm feelings for Elite Technology Solutions from our two meetings with Jeff where he took all the time necessary to answer our questions and educate us (he never once looked at his watch) to the professional installation by Ken and Elite's staff (who worked diligently all three days). The installation, and cleanup were great and the system instructions by Ken couldn't have been better. They are professionals in every sense. We look forward to working with Elite Technology Solutions again and recommend them unreservedly.

In working with Jeff and hearing the systems he's installed, it's apparent that he is an expert in acoustics, speaker placement, and the latest sound technology. Jeff is attentive to every detail in the system, working to make sure that everything is functioning to its highest potential and that the consumer is getting the highest quality experience possible. You will not find this consummate expertise and service with any other company in the St. Louis area. The assistants and office staff at Elite are equally competent at their jobs, timely with communication, and very professional.
