A great set up!! Wonderful trainers. They have medimeals and other great healthy food options available after you workout. Watch out as you are headed down Hemsath, the business is pretty hidden. Emerge is in the last business park on the left if you are coming from 94.

I train with Jess Baker and she is awesome!! You are guaranteed a great challenging workout! She is extremely knowledgable and great at her job! No doubt you will see results when training with her. I highly recommend her!!

I have owned and been in the fitness industry for over 10 years Matt Pirtle Little and his company have a fantastic approach to training by far the best I've ever seen. Rather you're trying to come back from an injury, to getting off the couch and dropping some pounds to even a top level athlete Matt can help you achieve them all. I have worked with Matt many many years ago and my wife and I have both trained at this great facility there's not a better value for your money and time out there, if you're going to get help do it right and give them a shot.

Jess Baker is a wonderful trainer. Her depth of knowledge is impressive and comes from her obtaining a BS in Exercise Science and an MS in Adapted Physical Activity. If you have any conditions requiring special consideration, you want to train with Jess.
