My husband and I recently purchased a car from here and i can honestly say that i have never felt such grace and honestly as well as professional individuals EVER in a car dealership. They listened and heard my situation and helped me get into a newer and safer vehicle and I could not be more proud of not only having gotten a car from them, but the also proud that my husband also not only loves his job but works for their IT department! I really like my 21 Nissan Altima. It is a SL and I couldn’t afford this new. They have an affordable and comprehensive warranty that took the fear out of buying a used car. Ty Enterprise St Charles !

My husband purchased a car this past weekend from Halston and we are both in love with his new car. Everything went very smooth and we were in and out in about 2 hours. We've had poor experiences with other dealers in the past, but there was no pushing or upselling and we greatly appreciated the entire experience. The other associates in the office were very nice, and the manager was lovely. We will be recommending them to our friends and family, and will hopefully be back in the near future to purchase a second vehicle.

I test drove a car. While the sales person was friendly, and the test drive went very well, I thought the manager was typical used car salesman. He tried to pressure the sale. I asked for a copy of the estimate of the potential transaction and it took over 30 minutes to print a page. The sales person seemed like she needed the manager’s approval to print it while the manager was shooting the breeze with another customer. I could hear their conversation and it was not about a car purchase. They finally printed the paper after I stood up, walked out of the room and asked what’s taking so long. Such a bad sales tactic. Not coming back to this location.
