    The best car purchase experience yet. The team at the St Charles Mo location were easy, fair and pleasant to buy a car from. Never felt the car sales pressure that has frustrated us for years. Joshua Davis was our sales consultant. They gave us a fair trade in and the no haggle pricing makes a big difference. I would definitely recommend and use again when needed.

    I just bought a 2021 Kia K5 from the St. Charles Enterprise Car Sales and must say it was a great experience! I was very nervous about this purchase as I am a single mother with a one income household and needed a dependable vehicle but was worried about the payments I would be making. Everyone at this dealership was so kind and welcoming which helped put my mind at ease about this purchase. They listened to what I said I wanted and didn't want and they made it happen for me! Thank you so much for making this car buying experience a good one for me. I love my new car!!! :)

    My car purchase experience at St. Charles Enterprise car sales was excellent! My sales representative name was Amanda and my loan is with First Community credit union the best! We love our Nissan Armada. Haggle Free experience

    After purchasing two vehicles from Enterprise smoothly without a hitch, I didn’t hesitate to go there for my third purchase. I’m sorry to say that this experience has been less than pleasant. My salesman, Brian, failed to verbally offer GAP insurance, which I always purchase, and he clicked the decline box. I would have NEVER declined that. I did sign that page, but I signed or initialed many pages that day and didn’t see it, nor did I think about GAP insurance until days later. Mike, whom I believe is the finance guy is great and was trying to see what he could do on his end, but I’ve yet to hear back. Yesterday, I asked to speak to the manager and got Angel. He was very flippant and dismissive. He said he trains his salesmen to discuss GAP insurance so this very thing doesn’t happen. Apparently, he doesn’t train them very well, because Brian did NOT bring it up at all. He just put an X in the decline box. Now my only option is to refinance (haven’t even made 1st payment) to get GAP insurance through the new lender. Interest rates just jumped another point and I’ll take another hit to my credit! Unfortunately, this may be my last purchase at Enterprise Sales.

    EDIT 1: As I'm reading more reviews, seems like most of us have the same sales guy, Juve. He will lie to your face. Comes across as high energy and genuine, and then will lie and pass the buck to everyone else. There were initial things with the car that I would be told would be taken care of, and that the shop person they use would call me. I reached out to Juve multiple times and he said he let them know and be patient. Finally after a week, when the return policy was about to expire, I had to drive up there and demand it was taken care of or take the keys back on both cars we bought. He will say anything to take the money, but not a single thing to follow through. A snake and a liar. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. If you're unlucky enough to get the sales guy I had, he will straight lie and lie and lie to get a sale. He has 0 follow through. Now I'm stuck with a car that is just problem after problem after problem. I should have listened to my gut and walked out on the sale.
