My husband and I went with our son who was interested in possibly purchasing a vehicle. We had an appointment and were met swiftly at the door when we arrived. We were greeted by numerous other employees (including the very personable and friendly manager Justin himself) and offered refreshments before being escorted to the office of our salesman, Peyton.
Peyton is a relatively new employee, but was familiar enough with his job and the company to steer us competently. (Peyton also had a photo of his beautiful family on display.) My son was able to test drive a vehicle. We asked numerous questions and all of them were answered satisfactorily.
Some people may be put off by Enterprise Car Sales "one-price only" policy. Let me assure you that this is not something to be avoided. Rather, it is refreshing to be engaged with a used car business that offers a price as "what you see is what you get". The price that was being requested for the car was below what we normally would have expected to pay. It was a relief to not have to haggle. I have dealt with used car salesmen before, and this was nothing at all like those experiences.
Peyton was able to explain all of the perks involved with purchasing a vehicle from Enterprise. He had two computer screens set up, so that we could also look at and click on a screen and see the same thing that he was seeing.
My son was offered a free warranty that was very satisfactory to him. Peyton also introduced us to other warranty plans offered by Enterprise. My son did end up choosing one of those. (It is a phenomenal low-cost program for tire repair and replacement for a 5-year period of time.)
At no time were we ever pressured to buy. Peyton did have to ask for assistance from other employees to make sure that my son's paperwork went through correctly. (We already understood this might occur since he was relatively new.) Those other employees (Haustin, Bernetta, and others) were incredibly competent and you could tell that they all worked together coherently as a team.
Enterprise was able to give my son a very generous, on-the-spot offer of a trade-in for his car. I suppose by now you realize that my son did purchase the car and has been very pleased.
We would like to thank the Enterprise staff for their total patience and understanding while we were getting the bank transfer to go through.
The interior of the Enterprise facility is very open, clean, modern and well lit. The restrooms are spotless. The sales floor was open until 8 pm that evening, which was very convenient for our schedule. (Please note that the Car Sales locations are different from the Rent-A-Car locations.)
The vehicle that my son purchased was pristine, it had a free Carfax report, it had a full maintenance report, it had a full tank of gas, it had a temporary license tag (good for 60 days), and it had a state inspection. It even smelled like a new car. A packet of all paperwork associated with the sale (including the state inspection) was efficiently given to my son.
My son is extremely happy with his experience purchasing a used vehicle at Enterprise. They made the process easy and they were very competent in this aspect of their business.

Justin and his team and Mike worked together to find just the perfect car for me with low miles, that will last a very long time, be reliable, comfortable, and economical for me! They did not stop working together until they found the car that not only met all my needs, but helped me out with finding the right kind of financing. ENTERPRISE Car Sales helped me when no one else would even talk to me about selling me a car. I was really nervous about it because I have never before purchased a car online. They really listened to my needs, were friendly, and understood my situation. They picked one that is my favorite color, Red! I never told them about any colors. They even delivered it to me! My car is beautiful, and I love it!!! I can't thank you enough, ENTERPRISE Car Sales. I will never forget your kindness to me, and will be happy to refer others to you!

Such a smooth car buying experience! Peyton made me feel like his priority and the entire staff went above and beyond to assist me with the process and make me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend anyone to buy a car with Enterprise because they are not trying to rip off anyone or give you a bad car. Very professional team, thank you all!

Used to be a great place to buy a slightly used car. First experience was excellent back in 2017. Got a second car from them in Nov 2024. Very different this time. To start with, the car was missing the floor matts. Sales person said they just take them from other cars, and there were none that day. They literally show the matts in the listing photos. I wasn't happy but ended up buying the car
A week later they called to tell me they had lost my cashier's check. Yes, you read that right. They wanted me to go back to my bank and get an other - Sales Manager had told me I could do this myself. Wrong - Bank said both of us needed to be there to sign affidavits. So I wasted two trips, and over and hour on this, as well as several phone calls. I was expecting something (a coupon? Free rental? Anything) as a gesture of appreciation for their mishap and my time, but all they offered to do is reimburse me for the floor matts, and a broken internal lamp (which turned out to be ok). In other words, fix issues with the car from the point of sale - *not* for the hassle over the cashier's check.
I didn't feel they cared much about either issue. Will not be a return customer - prices are good but after their fees are similar to other well priced used cars anyway.
