Highly disappointed. I took my laptop in to have the power button popped it because it was stuck. Got a call from them saying they were able to pop the button out but that the mother board crashed and the laptop no longer works. When i brought it in it was working perfectly fine so i was shocked to hear this. When i picked it up they immediately asked if i would be buying a laptop from them today and that it would cost another $300 to transfer everything to the new laptop. I took it home instead to decide what i wanted to do. To no surprise the laptop turned and is working perfectly fine. Seems like they just wanted money from me and to be able to resell my laptop to another person. Overall this place is not cost friendly and is just trying to take money from people.

Multiple calls regarding a computer I purchased from them that doesn’t work have gone unanswered. Maybe they can’t help. But they could at least explain that to me. Been at least two weeks and probably three. Multiple attempts with zero communication. Second Update: EPC came through! Once I reached management, things when great. My laptop is back and working. They even handled shipping. Thank you!

I had high hopes but they didn't have much to choose from and no one wanted to help us. It was weird. We were geared to buy a computer and tablet but walked out only with a monitor and then went to best buy outlet and got a tablet. They just were not interested in helping us out.

Bought a great used laptop and they cloned my old computer for a very reasonable price! Highly recommend!
