I feel very fortunate to have found Excel Sports and Physical Therapy during my postpartum journey. My nurse practitioner recommended and referred me to Mackenzie to help me strengthen my core / pelvic floor after birth. Not only do I feel stronger and healthier, but I also feel equipped with the right tools to continue building strength. Mackenzie has been so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I really couldn’t have asked for a more positive experience!

Mackenzie and the team at Excel have done a fantastic job guiding me through the rehab process following total replacement of both knees. They are always thoughtful, kind, knowledgeable and quick to offer encouragement throughout this lengthy recovery and rehabilitation process. I wouldn't go anywhere else for therapy after this positive experience.

The best physical therapy facility in St Charles County. Not because of the place but because of the people! From being greeted when you arrive to any of the therapists here, great group doing great work!

Great experience. I had AC Shoulder reconstruction surgery and the PT I received at Excel helped me get my full range of motion back. Mackenzie was my primary therapist and she was outstanding.
