I had a total knee replacement on July 12, 2024. I had my first PT appointment 3 days later. Everyone was nice, but the therapists that I worked with personally were amazing! Huge thanks to Elizabeth and Chloe for getting me back in the agility ring with my dogs! I competed for the first time-only 1 run- on October 25th- and it felt fantastic! Both Elizabeth and Chloe were instrumental in helping me attain my goal!! I will definitely be back when I get my other knee replaced next year- I hope to work with them again!

I was seen for right knee pain, weakness and stability issues. Over the six weeks that I was seen. All the therapist were great they took the time to listen and come up with exercise that would help with my issues. Since the pain was in the joint in my knee it only helped a little bit, and I knew there was a chance it would not help the pain in the knee. As far as my strength and stability that has improved to the point I no longer have those issues. I would recommend all the therapists at the location at 1428 West Meyer Rd.

My visits have been escorting my 90 year old Mother twice/week for Aqua Physical Therapy.
She is fragile and her Physical Therapist, Alina, has been very attuned to her delicate physical condition.
This in itself is the greatest thing for her because we have been to 3 different OT and PT organizations and all the therapists have left a lot to be desired. Alina is amazing how considerate and professional she is to my Mother.
Yesterday, my Mother had a bad day. She was unable to make her 1pm appointment. I had to cancel at the last second , Normally, I would never bail on an appointment without a moment’s notice. I called at 11:30am the day of-for the cancellation. Chloe was the rep who took my call….
And made roses out of a patch of weeds.
Chloe was understanding that we cancelled so late and immediately asked if we’d
Like to come In the next day? I replied I had no idea if my Mother would be up for it and. I’d hate to cancel at the last second for the second time. Chloe assured me that would not be a problem so the appointment was made.
Mother is now in the pool and happy as can be. Her back was better and she was even more excited she did not loose her second visit this week.
Thank you to the ENTIRE staff,
Nancy too, so much for always being so nice, Flexible and accommodating.
I was about ready to
Give up on Physical Therapy as a whole
Because of the lack of genuine care . Our experiences included getting as many people in and out at a time without much time for personal interaction.
Mother’s Aqua Physical Therapy sessions are a true highlight as she feels so refreshed after her session.
Thank you…

Alena has been just wonderful she is very compassionate! She really understands the healing process. I could blab on and on but she is the terrific nurturing but also encourages you to go forward even if it doesn’t feel the greatest !! Oh her deep tissue rubs are the best!

The therapists are all very nice and upbeat. However, I was told The insurance was not going approve any further tx mor than likely. They were going to use the last 5 visits to establish a home exercise program which is what I had been doing at home and in clinic. To me it would waste to continue there. So I left. I knew there was more that could be done, other than the same ther ex they were doing. I returned to Dr. he felt I would still benefit and qualify for further treatment. I went back to my previous therapist ( however 1/2 hour further but worth every mile) and was approved for 20 more visit and continue to maprogress and started driving. I initially went there for the pool, but exercises in pool weren't much atleast not compared to other Aquatic Therapy I had at other places.
