Such a great experience at this storage unit! I went online and reserved the unit. I then came in person and the employee, Shalonda, was very helpful and kind (even if I was tired, and probably cranky, after a long drive). She let me know where to go in the space to get to my unit and even called me when I went around the unit again to ensure I knew where I was going. I really appreciated her kindness and going out of her way to help me.

Extra space storage located at first capital in St Charles, at 1500 Capital drive is very clean, and the employee was very professional and friendly. They had a place available at a moments notice. Price was very compatible. Would use again if needed.

Great staff and location, I can ensure my storage unit is safe. Another thing the manager Shalonda is awesome and very helpful, she is patient and a great sales person always a pleasure talking to her

The staff at this location are great, Shalonda was very professional and easy to work with! The facility is safe and very clean. I would definitely recommend to others.
