Great customer service! The store manager Jenny is very friendly. After I made reservations online for the unit she personally called me within the first two minutes to greet me and explain the process to get the keys and code to my unit. She was especially kind in making me aware when she called that she would be closing early that day due to winter weather conditions and giving me a heads up so I didn’t waste my time driving to the location. The building is very clean and feels safe to come to on your own as I have had bad experiences with other locations. You can tell Jenny is very committed to the customers experience renting at this location!

Jenny was amazing help and she makes sure you are fully informed of what you are selecting storage wise. I would suggest calling the store to talk with her so you know what you get compared to calling a hot line. When I originally ordered was through the holiness and was not as helpful. Definitely recommend this location for storing your belongings.

Very pleased with my storage at Extra Space St Peters! Property is clean and secure. Well lit after dark. I shopped around and found this location at a great rate. The ability to reserve the space online is super convenient and easy. I chose a high bay door unit that allows for taller storage. I’m not aware of any other storage property that has 112” of door opening height available. Manager Ed is super helpful and great to work with. Highly recommend!
