Corey Griffin and his team were extremely efficient and communicative throughout the entire process, staying on top of requests with very quick response times to questions or inquiries. His top-notch team was highly recommended by my equally amazing realtor, Ryan Grimm with Berkshire Hathaway! The process began with a simple application in the FairwayNow app, which was personalized specifically to him and I was able to seamlessly upload all of my documents via the app as well. It was nice to be able to log in to the app and see where we were at in the process. Corey utilized voice, text, email and app modes for communication and notification which kept me up-to-the-minute with status and requests. The communication and cohesion that existed between everyone was phenomenal! Everyone was acutely aware of where we were in the process along with upcoming steps because they were all working behind the scenes with each other to make the process simple and seamless for me. It took less than 3 weeks from offer to closing, in spite of delays on my end, and we were fully ready to close almost 5 days earlier than the original closing date. I have purchased many homes and this was by far the smoothest transaction ever, and I would highly recommend Corey and his team. He is very knowledgable on numerous aspects of finance beyond a mortgage and can offer excellent advice on topics ranging from real estate investing and credit scores to tax strategies. His friendly and easygoing personality made the experience free of stress, personal and pleasant. Thank you all for your hard work!

I highly recommend the Fairway team to anyone looking to finance for house, condo, property, etc. Given the circumstances i was in owning another house and being denied by my bank, i reached out to fairway and explained the current situation and didnt want to waste any time. They were a le to amkw it happened and i also closed in 2 weeks from time of submitting application. The entire teams foes above and beyond to make the impossible, POSSIBLE! Great job Dan and Team! If it werent for you, i would have lost this incredibe house.
