I received an estimate that was typed up and explained thoroughly. A couple weeks later after scheduling an appointment to get my car fixed, I drove to Fantastic Collision Center and he told me that he couldn't fix my car all. He stated that he couldn't replace and repair my bumper (although it was on the estimate) and that he didn't even have a bumper for me. Additionally, he stated that he wouldn't have been able to complete the work within three hours although he told me it would have taken three days when I received the estimate (which is the timeline I expected and I am not sure where he got three hours). It was such a weird and unprofessional experience. I won't be going here again in the future.

Stopped by to get an estimate on my truck. It had been hit by a school bus and had damage to the bumper. The older gentleman that greeted me seemed less than interested in helping me at all. He asked if I had a claim number and walked out to look at the damage. Within seconds of looking at it he said, “I think I’ll pass on this one.” I get that some jobs are not as profitable as others but his unprofessionalism really turned me off. There are plenty of hard working shops out there that deserve the work over this place.

I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs damage repaired on their vehicles. They repaired 2 damaged areas on my 2013 Honda Accord that was caused by 2 different people hitting my car. They worked with both insurance companies to get the repairs done right. The car is perfect. It looks just like it did when we bought it brand new. They also did a complete cleaning inside and out. Excellent customer service and very nice people to work with.

Went in to get an estimate on my car since it has a few dings and a few chips in the paint. The only guy in there asked how he could help me and I asked if I could get an estimate, he looked out at my car in the lot and told me "I'm not interested in working on your car" I was a bit shocked by his comment so as I was walking out the door I said "wow that was rude" to which he then chased after me to the parking lot yelling at me how I came in with attitude. I was confused and said "I'm sorry does my money not spend here, you don't want my business?" His response "I don't need your money" I've never been more confused when trying to get work done on my car. My guess they're not interested in working on nice cars and doing quality paint jobs. Just insurance slam jobs.

Took my ‘06 F150 to Fantastic Collision Center to have the front end repaired for a deer! To say that I was pleased is an understatement. Gary is a stand up guy and this shop made sure everything was correct from start to finish. Highly recommended Fantastic!
