Dawn is such a good agent. She truly wants the best for her clients. She is very thorough and explains everything so that you understand your insurance coverage. She looks for gaps and helps make sure you are completely covered for anything that could happen.

The personal care and interest of Dawn’s agency is an anomaly in my opinion. It’s very hard to find customer service of this magnitude in today’s times. Dawn surrounds herself with like minded people to provide personally felt service that is hard to beat. I will reference people to Dawn’s agency when ever possible due to what she and Chris does. This agency is a first class business that puts people and their needs first. Chris, you’re an absolute reflection of all mentioned here. Keep doing what your doing and watch your business blossom. You all provide good fruit.

Dawn explained insurance option and made me feel that they truly wanted me to have the policy that worked best for my personal needs. And on another note Chris is absolutely a dream. Contact her and she always goes out of her way to get details and information on questions i haven't thought to ask. So efficient and kind. My experience is that this business builds relationships for life. I couldnt be happier with my choice to trust in this business as a partner for our insurance needs. Started with home policy and now auto and soon all my insurance needs will be cared for by Dawn Johnson and her unsurpassed office manager Chris.

Dawn is a nice person and seems like she knows insurance. Here’s my issue with her and her office. I was coming over from another Farmers agent. I had a sit down with Dawn and the meeting seemed to go well. At the end of the meeting it seem like she was going to take everything to switch over to her office. Fast forward 4 months and her office still did not process the paperwork. I gave them two months for clerical work and processing. I called her office to see what’s up and was told they had forgot about me and didn’t process any paperwork. This is not what you should expect from a insurance agent especially when time is of the essence. You usually don’t call your insurance agent because you wanna have a chat normally it’s because something has gone wrong and you need immediate assistance! I would be wary of Dawn and her staff because it seems like they do not take what they do seriously. I would strongly recommend a different Farmers agent. I have no gripe with Farmers insurance themselves. They have been very good to me and my coverage fits my needs. I would highly recommend that you stay away from this farmers office!

Dawn is very informative and a really cares about her clients. It was very nice to sit with an agent like her that was not pushing you to purchase insurance. You will be well informed and guided in your insurance decisions. Highly recommend sitting down with Dawn.
